Colorado Vignette - Denver Botanic Gardens At Chatfield's Corn Maze

Navigate the challenging twists and turns of one of the country's most attended mazes this fall at Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield's 8th Annual Corn Maze.

This year's Maze contains 8.5 acres of winding pathways in the shape of the Gardens' most famous structure, the Boettcher Memorial Tropical Conservatory, with the Colorado sun rising behind it.

The design is laced with the Gardens' recognizable tagline "Grow Your Mind" to build awareness of the incredible beauty and educational enrichment offered by the Gardens and its three satellite sites: Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield, Centennial Gardens and Mount Goliath.

A 15-foot tall illuminated bridge overlooks the 9-foot tall stalks of the Corn Maze. Presenting sponsor Starbucks Coffee Company designed the pattern of the mini-maze, positioned off to the side of the Corn Maze, which will give families a chance to test their directional skills before they tackle the giant Maze.

The Corn Maze is open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from Sept. 7 - Oct. 28.
Hours: Fridays: 4 – 9 p.m
Saturdays: 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Sundays: Noon – 8 p.m.

Ticket sales end one hour in advance of Maze closure.
Admission: $8 adults
$7 adult members, seniors and students with ID
$6 children (3-15 years)
$5 child members

Once you have conquered the Corn Maze, take a walk along Chatfield's scenic trails, check out the wildlife observation area, visit our barnyard friends, learn more about the United States Botanic Garden (USBG) exhibit on genetic engineering and enjoy other children’s educational activities.

Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield is located at 8500 Deer Creek Canyon Road in Littleton, just south of C-470 on Wadsworth Blvd. The site is an affiliate of the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, and features 750 acres of plants, wildlife, grasslands and protected wetlands.
