Featured Restaurant - Hacienda Colorado

Hacienda Colorado opened it’s first restaurant in Southwest Littleton more than 5 years ago. It has become a very popular restaurant and was voted Best Mexican Food in Denver in the MSN Citysearch Poll. Their second location opened in December 2002, in the Meridian International Business Center in Douglas County at the intersection of I-25 and Lincoln. This beautiful free standing location is a great addition to the restaurant scene. The popularity of Hacienda Colorado is a result of 2 experienced restaurateurs, Jim Hayes and Tim Schmidt (30 years together as partners) using their expertise to create a new Colorado-style Mexican dining experience. You will find a Mountain Mex version of your traditional favorite dishes served in a unique, welcoming atmosphere with attentive customer service. The Meridian location has the atmosphere of a Mexican Hacienda, a gated courtyard, a tortilla preparation display and 3 comfortable dining rooms.

Catering to a diverse audience, including families, singles and businesses, the restaurant uses timeless materials to present a welcoming and comfortable “Home away from Home.” The Littleton location is still a great place to dine and features over 100 varieties of tequila.
